New York State COBRA coverage is available for up to 36 months for COBRA-eligible individuals who lose their employer-sponsored insurance coverage.

Did you know that COBRA information must be given to ALL employees who lose coverage? (Only employees who are terminated for gross misconduct can be denied COBRA coverage if they are otherwise eligible.)
